Prezently (“we,” “us,” or “the service”) is operated by Matt Perroni, an individual. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Prezently at prezently.app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Prezently, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.
Content you create. The people you add (such as names, relationships, and special dates), gift ideas, lists, wishlist items, and any photos you choose to add.
Billing information. If you subscribe to Prezently Pro, payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and a Stripe customer identifier. We never receive or store your full card number.

How we use your information

To provide the service — storing your dates, gifts, and lists, and keeping them in sync.
To send you reminder emails about upcoming dates you’ve chosen to track.
To process subscription payments and manage your account.
To respond to your support requests and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that help us run Prezently:

Google — sign-in and authentication.
Supabase — database and account storage.
Vercel — application hosting.
Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
Resend — delivery of reminder emails.

These providers process your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which removes your personal data and content — including uploaded photos — from our active systems. Any shared list links you created stop working, and any active subscription is canceled immediately. Our payment processor retains transaction records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes. You may also email us to request deletion.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to your content is restricted to your account through database-level security rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

Prezently is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the service.
