About Prezently and Our Services

Prezently is a platform designed to help users practice presentations by providing feedback on delivery, timing, and speech patterns. Users can upload PowerPoint files, record their speech, and receive AI-generated insights.

These Terms apply to all users, whether paid or free. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Prezently, you:

  • Confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental/legal guardian permission if between 13-18 years old.

  • Agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

  • Warrant that any information you provide (e.g., name, email) is accurate.

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use Prezently.

Limitations of Use

You must not:

  • Modify, copy, or reverse engineer any part of Prezently.

  • Upload or transmit harmful content (e.g., viruses, malware).

  • Use Prezently for illegal, abusive, or deceptive activities.

  • Share, sell, or misuse any content generated by Prezently.

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Website.

Any violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Accounts

Creating an Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

  • Prezently reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Account Termination

  • You may request account deletion at support@prezently.app.

  • Prezently may suspend or terminate your account if:

    • You violate these Terms.

    • Your payment fails or there is suspected fraud.

    • Your actions harm the platform or other users.

Payments & Credits

Purchasing Credits

  • Users can purchase credits to access certain features of Prezently.

  • Credits expire 30 days after purchase and are non-refundable.

  • Unused credits do not roll over after expiration

Subscription Plans (Coming Soon)

  • Prezently may introduce subscription plans with different feature sets.

  • Subscription details, pricing, and terms will be available on our Website upon launch.

  • If you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be billed automatically based on the selected plan.

Refund Policy

  • All payments are final. Prezently does not offer refunds unless required by law.

  • If you experience payment issues, contact support@prezently.app.

Data Storage & User Content

Uploaded Files & Data

  • Prezently allows users to upload PowerPoint presentations and speech recordings.

  • Files are stored securely but are not permanently retained.

  • You can request deletion of your data at support@prezently.app.

User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload.

  • By using Prezently, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and analyze your content for the purpose of providing feedback.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

Intellectual Property

Prezently owns all intellectual property rights to the Website, branding, and AI-generated insights.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Prezently’s content without permission.

  • Use Prezently’s content to create a competing product or service.

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Disclaimer of Liability

Prezently is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • That our AI-generated feedback is 100% accurate.

  • That our Services will be available without interruptions or errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Prezently is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues resulting from use of our Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prezently, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.

  • Any content you upload or share.

  • Any violation of these Terms.

Account Termination

Prezently reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • Your subscription payments fail.

  • Your actions harm the platform or other users.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
